International Applications






At Savannah college of arts and design we have a huge diversity from people from other countries.






About 10 percent of SCAD students are international, and they represent more than 90 countries - South Korea, Taiwan, China, India, Mexico, the Bahamas, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ecuador, to name just a few.







In our institution we make sure that no international students feels like strangers around our campus that´s why we offer english courses, international student services and designated international student advisers, we provide you with individual attention as you make the transition to U.S. culture and the college community.






Here are the requirements to apply in SCAD




International applicants should adhere to requirements relevant to first-year freshman, undergraduate transfer, or graduate applicants. International applicants are encouraged, but not required, to submit SAT or ACT scores. International transcripts must be in English or accompanied by a certified English translation.



Proof of English proficiency. TOEFL or other recognized tests may be acceptable.






Copy of the first page of the applicant's passport (requested, but not required). A copy of the first page of the passport for any dependent accompanying the student also is requested. These documents are used to verify correct spelling of names, correct birth dates, and other information vital to student registration.
